• Client account data: if you're a client, we store your business profile (business name, contact name, email, phone, domain, plan details) in your account so it can be shown on your private dashboard.
• Support tickets: messages, attached images, and related metadata you submit through the dashboard's support feature.
• Advertising performance data: for clients whose ad campaigns we manage, we access Google Ads account performance data (e.g. impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) through the Google Ads API so it can be displayed on your dashboard.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to deliver our services: building and maintaining your website, responding to support requests, and displaying your own advertising performance data back to you on your private, authenticated dashboard. We do not use your data to train AI models or sell it to third parties.

Google API Services Disclosure

houndwise's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads account data is accessed only to display a client's own advertising performance on their own dashboard, and is not shared with any third party or used for any purpose beyond that.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that power our platform — for example, Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Google Ads API (for clients using our ad management services), and EmailJS (for delivering contact form and support notifications) — solely to operate the services described above.

Data Security

Client account and dashboard data is stored in Firebase and protected by authentication — only you and authorized houndwise staff can access your account information. We use standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.

Data Retention

We retain account and support data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
